Information Security Basic Policy
Assist U (hereinafter referred to as "we") recognizes the importance of threats and risks from recent cyber attacks, and considers the protection of our customers' personal information and our information assets to be our top priority.
To steadfastly protect these assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to work toward creating new value as a trusted partner, we hereby establish this "Information Security Basic Policy." We are committed to the appropriate use and protection of information assets based on this policy.
1. Protection and Management of Information Assets
For personal information and confidential information entrusted to us, we implement physical and technical security measures such as installing security software, establishing authentication systems, and enforcing password management, and strive to prevent loss, leakage, and tampering.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We strictly comply with laws, guidelines, and regulations related to information security, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, as well as confidentiality obligations under contracts with our customers.
3. Purpose
Customer information is used only within the scope of business purposes agreed upon in advance, and will not be provided or disclosed to third parties without legitimate reason.
4. Prompt Response in the Event of an Incident
In the unlikely event of an incident or suspicion of information leakage, we will immediately report to our customers, prioritize measures to minimize damage, and respond in good faith.
5. Continuous Improvement of Awareness
We stay informed of the latest cyber threats and IT technology trends, review our information security measures as appropriate, and strive for continuous improvement.
